Consistent Pace with Strategic Gains Amy Killoran completed the 2025 Boston 10K for Women with a steady performance. Demonstrating gradual improvement over the 6.2 miles, Amy maintained a consistent pace, finishing with an overall time of 1:09:42 and an admirable average pace of 11:14 min/mile. Her most notable split was at mile 5 with a pace of 11:01 min/mile, the fastest of the race, indicating strong stamina and energy management. Amy made significant progress in her placement throughout the race. Starting at 3421 overall, she navigated her way to 3109. A marked advancement was observed after mile 5, where she climbed from 2891 to 2038. Placing 285 in the F50-59 division out of a large field of participants speaks to her competitive spirit and determination. For future races, gradual improvements in pacing from the start could further enhance her performance.
