Consistent Pace with Strong Finish Poornima Pandiyan's performance at the 2025 Boston 10K for Women showcased her steady pace and strong finish. She maintained a consistent pacing, beginning with a 12:00 min/mile for the first mile and closing the race with an overall pace of 12:20 min/mile over the 10K distance. Notably, she improved her placement as the race progressed, finishing 2550th overall from 5663 participants at the 6-mile mark, marking a significant rise from her early placement. Poornima demonstrated resilience and maintained an impressive pace during the race, particularly in the last few miles. Her split times illustrate a commendable effort with incremental improvements in her placement, especially advancing to 686th in her division F30-39 by the end.
