Consistent Pace Sets the Tone Natalia Nukolova from Cambridge, MA completed the 2025 Boston 10K for Women with an impressive consistency, maintaining an average pace of 10:22 min/mile. Covering a distance of 6.2 miles in 1:04:21, her strongest pace was observed between the second and third mile, clocking in a slightly faster 10:10 min/mile during that split. Her split times were notably steady throughout the race despite a marginal decrease in speed during the fifth mile at 10:54 min/mile. As part of the FunRun team, Natalia's performance stood out within her division (F40-49), with significant improvements in placement over the course of the raceclimbing from 401st in her division to finish in 269th by the sixth mile. Her ability to improve in positioning over the course of the event shows potential for further refinement of speed during latter miles.
