Consistent Pace In Final Stretch Gabi Crespo, representing BI L&D, completed the 2025 Boston 10K for Women in an official time of 1:01:37. Demonstrating steady improvement throughout the race, she progressively increased her pace with notable consistency. Starting with a 10:56 min/mile, her pace decreased impressively to 9:28 min/mile by the sixth mile. Gabi demonstrated strong pacing strategy to finish among the top half in her division, placing 740th out of 1031 participants in the F20-29 division. Gabi's consistent performance is highlighted by successive improvements in each split, culminating in an overall pace of 9:56 min/mileindicating a well-managed distribution of effort throughout the course. Finishing 1903rd out of 5663 participants, Gabi showed excellent progression, particularly from the fifth mile onwards. For future races, focusing on a slightly faster start could trim her finishing time even further while maintaining energy for a strong finish. Great work, Gabi!
