Consistent Pace and Strong Finish Bailey maintained a consistent pace throughout the Boston 10K for Women, with her overall pace averaging 8:19 min/mile. She exhibited strong pacing consistency, with splits ranging between 8:17 to 8:31 min/mile. Impressively, her best split times were on the 2nd and 6th miles, both at 8:17 min/mile. In terms of placement within the Female 30-39 Division, Bailey secured the 113th spot during the 6th mile, showcasing strength towards the end. Her overall time of 51:36 placed her well among the 5663 participants. For continued growth, targeting mid-race pacing, particularly during the 3rd and 4th miles, which were slightly slower, could be beneficial.
