Consistent Mid-Race Gains Amy Taylor delivered a steady and consistent performance at the 2025 Boston 10K for Women. Highlighting her race was a significant improvement in placement after the third mile, where she advanced to complete the race at position 1784 overall and 1750 within the gender category. She maintained a consistent pace throughout, finishing with an overall event pace of 10:45 min/mile. Amy's significant position gains happened between miles four and six, showcasing her ability to maintain endurance and speed towards the latter part of the race. With a finish time of 1:06:41, Amy placed 463rd in her division (F40-49) among 5663 participants. A small reduction in pace variance could further enhance her time, especially between split one and the consecutive miles.
