Consistent Improvement and Strong Finish Hailey Kobza demonstrated a gradual improvement in pace throughout the 2025 Boston 10K for Women, held on a course with 5663 participants. Starting with an initial mile pace of 8:33 min/mile, she steadily increased her speed, reaching her fastest split pace of 8:06 min/mile by mile 6. Notably, she successfully reduced her time in each subsequent mile, showcasing excellent pacing strategy and endurance. Her overall time of 51:29 resulted in an average pace of 8:18 min/mile. Hailey showed strong placement progress, moving from 606th to 516th across the race, highlighting effective race management. In her division of F20-29, she improved from 241st to finish 214th.
