Consistent Pacing and Strong Finish Izzy Healy from Brighton, MA completed the 2025 Boston 10K for Women with a time of 56:20, averaging a pace of 9:05 minutes per mile. Notably, her performance was generally consistent, with slight variation in pace across the splits. Starting strong with an 8:44 for her first mile, Izzy maintained a commendable average under the 9-minute mark for most of the race. Pace adjustments were observed during the latter part of the race, shown by a slight deceleration to a 9:39 pace in the sixth mile. Nevertheless, her overall effort was reflected in a solid placing within her division.
