Steady Start, Strong Finish Gabriella started off strong with an initial mile split of 7:51, where she placed 96th overall. This was her fastest pace, setting her up well in the early stages. The overall pace of 8:27 min/mile shows consistency, even with splits slightly slowing down, peaking with an 8:50 min/mile at mile 5. Her performance began to improve towards the end, evident by the overall improvement in place at the final mile. Managing to finish 416th at the 6-mile mark, her stamina brought her a strong finish and a final time of 52:25. Gabriella maintained a steady pace and progression, but there's an opportunity for optimizing middle miles where pace slightly dropped. By focusing on sustaining energy and refining mid-race strategy, Gabriella can enhance future performances. Well done on a solid effort in the 2025 Boston 10K for Women!
