Consistent Improvement and Strong Finish Lindsey Tradd demonstrated impressive pacing with steady improvement throughout the 10K race. She started with a pace of 12:20 min/mile at the first mile and consistently improved to a final pace of 10:46 min/mile at mile six. Her overall elapsed pace was 11:38 min/mile. Starting in 3895th place overall, she advanced to 2261st by the race's conclusion. She also showed commendable improvement within her age division (F30-39), moving from 1048th at the first mile to 602nd by the end. One area to consider is the possibility of pushing a slightly faster pace earlier in the race, given the strong finish. Nonetheless, the ability to improve consistently over each mile indicates excellent endurance capacity and race strategy.
