Consistent Pace and Strong Finish Ingrid Abrahamsen displayed consistent performance at the 2025 Boston 10K for Women. Running with the She RUNS This Town MA team, she completed the 10K with an overall time of 44:23 and maintained an impressive average pace of 7:09 min/mile. Notably, her split times were consistent, with five of six splits very close to her average pace. Her fastest splits were the second and fourth miles, clocking in at 7:08 and 7:07 per mile, respectively, showcasing a solid middle race strategy. Impressively, Ingrid improved her position in the F40-49 division from 13th to finishing 11th. In the final mile, she advanced her overall position by an impressive 28 places.
