Strong Finish with Notable Mid-Race Gains Alina demonstrated a well-paced 10K performance with strategic accelerations, particularly in the latter half of the race. Starting with an initial pace of 10:48 min/mile, Alina maintained consistency through the early stages. Her effort stands out at the 4-mile mark, where she significantly increased her speed to a 5:40 min/mile pace, boosting her placement to 2291 overall, and achieving an impressive rise in her division standing. Towards the finish, Alina maintained a solid pace, concluding the race with an overall time of 1:03:55 and an average pace of 10:18 min/mile. Noteworthy is her advancement from a mid-race position of 4037 overall to 1488 by mile 6, reflecting her effective pacing strategies. For future races, sustaining the consistent pace seen towards the end throughout the entire race could further enhance overall time.
