Consistent Pace, Strong Finish Laura Stevens completed the 2025 Boston 10K for Women with a total time of 1:17:50 and an average pace of 12:33 min/mile. She consistently maintained her pace through most of the course. Highlights include a steady start with a swift second mile at 11:55 min/mile, which gave a nice momentum for her race. In the fifth mile, Laura improved her standing significantly, rising from 1000th to 783rd in her division (F30-39). Her final mile was tackled in 12:24 min/mile, demonstrating strong endurance and an admirable conclusion to her race. Focusing on maintaining even splits and accelerating earlier could be beneficial moving forward. Great work!
