Steady Improvements and Strong Finish Tracey Lavender delivered an impressive performance at the 2025 Boston 10K for Women. Representing "Girls on the Run Greater Boston," she maintained a consistent pace throughout. Her splits showed great improvement as she progressed. Starting with a pace of 7:42 min/mile in Mile 1, Tracey picked up her speed to complete Mile 5 with her fastest split at 7:19 min/mile. Notably, she advanced from 241st to 149th place overall by the end of the race. Her overall elapsed time was 46:07, translating to a solid average pace of 7:26 min/mile over the 6.2-mile distance. Tracey's rank particularly improved in the F30-39 division, starting at 74th position and finishing 56th out of a large pool of participants. Encourage maintaining the momentum she had between Miles 4 and 5, as it showed outstanding progress. Great performance at an event focused on women runners. Keep up the dedication!
