Consistent Improvement Throughout the Race Kate Wrona, age 23, participated in the 2025 Boston 10K for Women, achieving an overall time of 59:04 with an average pace of 9:31 min/mile. Notably, Kate improved her pace in each mile, dropping from a 10:20 min/mile pace at the first mile to a 9:22 min/mile pace at the sixth mile. Her performance earned her 578th place in the F20-29 division. Kate's strategic acceleration through the race resulted in a significant climb in positions, moving from 2135th overall to 1000th by the end of the sixth mile.
