Consistent Pace and Strong Finish Adaeze Ibe-Charles completed the 2025 Boston 10K for Women with a total time of 1:17:11, maintaining an overall pace of 12:26 min/mile for the 6.2-mile run. Adaeze started off with a first mile pace of 14:54 min/mile, which was her slowest split. However, she gained momentum quickly, recording her fastest split of 11:57 min/mile during the fifth mile. Interestingly, as the race progressed, her pace became more consistent, with each mile split after the first showing an improved pace. Over the course of the event, she managed to climb an impressive 1,545 positions overall by the final mile compared to her initial standing. Maintaining such consistency throughout the race is commendable. In future races, trying to start with a pace closer to her later splits could potentially enhance her overall performance.
