Consistent and Improving Splits Abby Phelan maintained an impressive performance at the 2025 Boston 10K for Women with an overall time of 56:46, clocking a consistent pace of 9:09 min/mile over the 6.2-mile course. Starting off with a first mile split time of 9:26, Abby showed considerable improvement as the race progressed. Her pace quickened at mile 2 with a split of 9:03 and continued strong through mile 4 with a split of 9:01. In terms of placement, Abby finished 327th in her division (F30-39) out of numerous participants. Notably, she maintained a stable standing around her overall position despite the competitive field. This shows great endurance and power to keep up the pace alongside a large number of runners. Future improvements could focus on maintaining or even increasing the pace throughout the race for even stronger results.
