Steady Progression and Strong Finish Kanon Ishibashi maintained a consistent pace during the race, with an overall elapsed pace of 8:46 min/mile over the 6.2-mile course. Her performance showed improvement as the race progressed, with her fastest split pace recorded at 8:24 min/mile between miles 4 and 5. She started with mile splits ranging from 9:02 to 9:11 min/mile and effectively accelerated her pace in the latter half. Notably, her overall ranking improved significantly throughout the race. Starting at 267th, she impressively climbed to finish 796th out of 5663 participants. Her placement within her age division F20-29 was 314th.
