Steady Progress with Strong Finish Tara Greaney showed a consistent effort throughout the 2025 Boston 10K for Women. Clocking a consistent pace around 11:50 min/mile, her splits indicate she started with a 10:47 min/mile pace in the first mile. However, as the race progressed, her pace slightly declined, reaching 12:27 min/mile by mile three. Despite this, she managed to power through the latter half of the race, finishing strong with a last-mile boost to 12:21 min/mile, which highlights her determination. Tara completed the race with an overall time of 1:13:16. Positively, she improved her place across splits, moving up substantially by the finish line, as shown by her overall improvement in split positions from the beginning to the end. An area to explore for future races could be maintaining a more even pace throughout middle miles to further close the gap on her finishing time.
