Notably, Diane's fifth mile had the fastest split at 9:23 min/mile. Diane progressed significantly in the overall ranking, moving from 452nd position overall in the first mile to 1072nd by the last mile split. Her journey through the race saw steady improvements, particularly impressive is her 153-place gain overall and 187 within her division from the second to the fifth mile split. Diane's finish placed her 454th within the F30-39 division. The ability to sustain and even slightly improve pace in the latter half of the race is a positive indicator of her endurance capacity. Exploring techniques to maintain an even faster pace at an earlier stage might yield even better results in future races.
