Consistent Progression with Impressive Negative Splits Lindsay Kalinowski maintained a commendable level of consistency in her pace throughout the 2025 Boston 10K for Women. Starting with an initial split pace of 10:11 min/mile, she effectively picked up her speed as the race progressed. Her final elapsed time was 1:01:40, reflecting an overall pace of 9:56 min/mile. Notably, Lindsay showed a consistent improvement in her split pace, moving from 10:11 min/mile during the first mile to an impressive 9:47 min/mile by the fifth mile.
