Consistent Pacing and Strong Division Finish in 10K Alexander Yuzhakov maintained a consistent performance throughout the 10K race, representing the Girls on the Run Greater Boston team. Starting strong in the first mile with a 9:36 pace, he improved his pace over the next two miles, clocking 9:20 and 9:11 respectively. Although his pace slowed slightly in the later miles, with times of 10:33 and 10:15, he completed the race with an overall pace of 9:50 min/mile. Positioned well within his division, he finished 8th in the M40-49 category out of a large field of participants. His steady pacing in the early miles contributed to this notable division placement. Optimizing pacing strategy in the latter kilometers could help maintain momentum. Overall, a commendable performance that reflects planning and determination.
