Consistent Improvement and Strong Finish Abby demonstrated impressive pacing throughout the 2025 Boston 10K for Women, progressively improving her performance across each mile. Starting with an 8:47 min/mile pace, she steadily accelerated, reaching a swift 7:44 min/mile by mile six. Her strategic increase in pace contributed to a final overall time of 50:49, achieving an average pace of 8:11 min/mile.
