Consistent Progression and Strong Finish Elaine Krohn demonstrated consistent pacing and determination during the 2025 Boston 10K for Women. Starting with an initial split of 18:33 min/mile, Elaine improved her pace significantly to 12:08 min/mile by the second mile. This marked increase highlights her ability to adjust and maintain a steady progression through the race. Elaine completed the race in 1:41:16 with an overall average pace of 16:20 min/mile. Notably, her fastest split was recorded during the third mile at 10:14 min/mile. One area to focus on is the last two miles, where the pace decelerated slightly to around 19:10 and 19:56 min/mile. Targeted speed training and endurance exercises could help improve her endurance and overall pace consistency for future races.
