Consistent Pace with a Strong Finish Alyssa Dulude participated in the 2025 Boston 10K for Women, completing the race with a final time of 1:12:56, averaging an impressive pace of 11:45 minutes per mile. Throughout the course, Alyssa showed a consistent pace, especially between miles 2 and 4, maintaining within a few seconds per mile. Her splits reveal a slight improvement in pace mid-race, with her fastest split between miles 5 and 6, clocking in at 11:39 minutes per mile. Alyssa placed 3501st overall out of 5663 participants, achieving 591st in her age division (F40-49). Notably, her overall placement showed significant improvement, climbing nearly 900 places from mile 4 to mile 5.
