Consistent Pace with Late Race Gains Jillian Poplawski demonstrated impressive consistency during the 2025 Boston 10K for Women. Her overall completion time was 1:13:05, covering a distance of 6.2 miles with an average pace of 11:47 min/mile. Notably, she achieved a significant improvement in pace during the second half of the race. Starting the race with a pace of 12:21 for the first mile, she steadily improved with each subsequent mile. Through the middle to late stages, Jillian's pace quickened notably. By miles 5 and 6, her splits were impressively timed at 11:06 and 11:02 min/mile, respectively. This marked a shift from earlier miles and aided her solid finish.
