Exceptional Pace Control in Competitive Field Erin Lapsley's performance was marked by consistent pacing throughout the 10K race, displaying impressive precision across all splits. Starting with a 6:17 min/mile pace for her first split, she maintained and slightly improved on her time with a 6:15 min/mile average by the second mile, eventually achieving an overall pace of 6:16 min/mile. Notably, Erin showed strong positioning within her division, achieving 1st place in her age category during multiple splits. Her placements improved over the course, finishing 3rd in the F Masters (40+) division, showcasing competitive endurance. There was a slight slowdown in the sixth mile with a 6:26 min/mile pace, but the impact was minimal on her overall performance. Continuing to fine-tune pace consistency in later stages could enhance future races. The dedication from being part of the Sole Sisters Running Club is reflected in her steadfast race results.
