Starting strong, Heide achieved her fastest split in the second mile with a time of 9:37, reflecting a steady and consistent pace early in the race. Her initial split was at a pace of 9:40 per mile, placing her 411th among women at that point. While her pace slightly shifted mid-race, Heide maintained resilience and concluded her effort with a noticeable uptick in position. Notably, she improved her overall rank from mile five (1743) to mile six (1517), demonstrating her capability to sustain and slightly increase her pace towards the end.
