Consistent and Steady Pace Achieved Audrey Conrad maintained a consistent pacing strategy throughout the 10K event, with a slight variation in her split times. Starting with an 8:58 minute/mile pace in the first mile, she slightly picked up speed in the second mile, clocking in at an 8:50 minute/mile pace. Despite a minor slowdown, she strategically maintained her pacing around the 9-minute range for the remaining miles. Clocking an overall time of 57:11, Audrey finished the race with an average pace of 9:13 minutes per mile, a solid result for her age group. Her sixth split was notably strong, with a time of 9:23 and an improved placement.
