Consistent Pace with Progressive Improvement Ishani Desai demonstrated a strong and consistent performance in the 2025 Boston 10K for Women. She completed the race with an overall time of 1:12:00 and maintained an average pace of 11:36 min/mile over the 6.2-mile course. Notably, Ishani showed progressive improvement throughout the race by decreasing her pace from 12:12 min/mile in the first mile to a consistent pace of around 11:30 min/mile over the subsequent miles. Her strategic approach is evident in her splits. Starting from the first mile, she improved her positioning significantly, finishing in the top 60% overall and within her gender division.
