Consistent Pacing with a Strong Finish Priyal Patel maintained a steady pace throughout the 2025 Boston 10K for Women. Her overall time was 1:13:54 with an average pace of 11:55 min/mile. Starting strong, she completed her first mile in 10:55. Though her pace slightly slowed in the second and third miles with splits of 11:19 and 12:39 respectively, Priyal showcased resilience by improving her pace beyond the 5-mile mark, ultimately achieving a more consistent pace of 12:16 by mile 6. She finished 981st in her division, F30-39, out of 5663 participants. There was a noticeable improvement in her positioning after the halfway mark; she climbed from 932nd to 646th in her division during the last mile split. Consider maintaining the initial momentum by focusing on consistent pacing. This will be beneficial in improving endurance over longer distances.
