Consistent Mid-Race Performance Leads to Strong Finish Rachel Glynn maintained a steady pace throughout the 2025 Boston 10K for Women, completing the race with an elapsed time of 1:04:04 and an average pace of 10:20 min/mile. Early on, she found her rhythm, gradually improving her position across multiple checkpoints. Notably, she advanced from a 2479 overall position at the first mile to 1803 by the fifth mile. Her most impressive split came between miles 5 and 6, recording a split pace of 10:03 min/mile, the fastest of her segments. Rachel showed resilience in the second half of her race, consistently surpassing her earlier pace and optimizing her position within her division. Finishing 630th in her division F30-39 out of a total 5663 participants overall is commendable. Maintaining a balanced and progressive strategy, Rachel can continue her training with increased emphasis on sustaining fast finishers over longer distances to further boost her race experience.
