Steady Progress with Consistent Pacing Rathi Srinivas maintained a consistent pace throughout the 2025 Boston 10K for Women. Starting with a solid opening mile at 10:57 min/mile, she demonstrated controlled pacing. Although her pace slowed slightly, with split paces ranging from 11:05 to 13:08 min/mile, her overall average pace settled at 12:02 min/mile. By mile 5, Rathi improved her placement from 3391st to 2588th overall, showing resilience and a positive mid-race push. In her age division F30-39, Rathi completed the race placing 1001st out of all participants, with a total time of 1:14:37. Particularly noteworthy is her performance from the 3rd to the 4th mile, where she managed to climb higher in the ranks. A focus for future races might be maintaining early mile pacing in the later stages to prevent slowing from mile 2 and beyond. Great to see Rathi's determination and progress!
