Consistent Effort With a Strong Finish Debra Isaacson completed the 2025 Boston 10K for Women with an elapsed time of 1:26:33. Her overall pace was 13:57 minutes per mile. Starting with a 13:08 split pace in the first mile, she maintained a consistent effort. Notably, Debra's split times showed an increase in pace between miles two and five. Overall, she improved her positioning considerably by the fifth mile, moving up to 321st in her division. In the final mile, Debra's split slowed to 14:47, marking her most significant reduction in pace, but she managed to finish in 317th place in her division by the end of the race. Her effort to maintain consistency in the latter half of the race reflects determination. Continued work on maintaining pace in the final miles could be beneficial. Well done, Debra, for showing perseverance and a solid effort in the 10K distance.
