Her average pace was 10:32 minutes per mile, maintaining a remarkable level of consistency throughout the race. Her split times show only minor fluctuations, demonstrating her steady approach to racing. Of note is her 5th mile where she gained significant ground, improving her overall positioning remarkably. Starting at a pace of 10:36 minutes per mile for the first mile, Maria managed to slightly accelerate, hitting her fastest split of 10:26 minutes per mile by the 6th mile.
