Consistent Performance with Room for Growth Therese Biscoe, age 66 from Boston, MA, completed the 2025 Boston 10K for Women with an overall time of 1:07:13, maintaining a steady pace of 10:50 min/mile. Starting strong, her first mile was at 10:53, after which she improved her pace in the second and third mile to 10:47 and 10:42 respectively. Her ability to maintain this consistency was notable throughout the race. However, a slight slow down occurred in the final miles, especially the fifth mile at 11:07 and the sixth at 11:33, potentially affecting her final time. Despite this, Therese showed great potential by improving her division placement from 124 to 87 as the race progressed. For future races, focusing on maintaining pace consistency in the latter stages could improve overall race outcomes. Well done on staying strong throughout the race, Therese!
