Consistent Pacing and Strong Finish Amidst Competition Ashley Pires, representing Praise&Power, completed the 2025 Boston 10K for Women with a time of 1:06:58 and an overall pace of 10:48 min/mile. Her initial mile started strong at a 10:22 pace. Noteworthy pacing was seen between miles 2 and 3, with a slightly improved mile 2 split time of 10:10. Despite facing slight increases in split times towards the end, she maintained consistency, finishing notably strong. Her performance placed her 2738th overall out of 5663 participants in a female-dominated field, and 746th in her division of F30-39. Ashley managed gradual increases in her pace, making it an area of focus for future improvement. Concentrating on maintaining early mile paces consistently through the latter half of races could further enhance her performance. Great job on the perseverance and steady pacing throughout the event!
