Consistent Performance with Steady Improvement Casey Silver showcased a consistent performance in the 2025 Boston 10K for Women. She completed the race in a time of 1:10:24, maintaining a steady average pace of 11:21 minutes per mile. Notably, Casey's pace showed improvement from the first mile to the last, with a split time progress from 11:48 to 11:21 minutes per mile by the sixth mile. Starting with a first-mile pace of 11:48, Casey managed to gradually reduce her time, finishing strong in her division. Her placements improved significantly over the course of the race, moving from 1021st place overall at the first mile to 2093rd at the 5-mile mark. The biggest jump occurred between the third and fifth miles, showcasing her ability to maintain a consistent pace and advance in position. Being part of the Healthworks team, Casey demonstrated dedication and incremental improvement which will serve her well in future races.
