Consistent Effort with Strong Start Erika Crabtree completed the 2025 Boston 10K for Women with a total time of 1:01:07, sustaining an average pace of 9:51 min/mile. In her division F40-49, she ranked 302nd out of many competitors. Erika showed a promising start, maintaining a sub-9:10 min/mile pace for the first mile and completed the second mile with an improved pace of 9:07 min/mile, an impressive effort within her division. While Erika started strong, later splits showed some minor slowdowns with split paces reaching 10:18 and 10:28 min/mile by miles five and six. These latter miles might be where strategic pacing adjustments could slightly bolster overall performance. Despite the slowing pace in the latter part of the race, Erika demonstrated commendable consistency across the course. With her dedication as part of the East Boston Run Club, her race strategy and execution provide a solid foundation for continued progress.
