She picked up the pace during the second mile with an 11:44 split. Her impressive performance continued through the sixth mile, where she achieved her fastest split of 11:42. Throughout the race, Maria demonstrated strong endurance and pacing skills, maintaining an average pace of 12:53 per mile. Maria showed remarkable improvement in her placement, finishing 2710th overall out of 5663 participants. In her gender division of F15-19, she placed 40th by the final mile, climbing from an initial 60th place at mile 1.
