Consistent Performance with Strong Finish Krista Busnach maintained a consistent pace throughout the 10K race, with some fluctuations. Her opening mile split of 9:35 set a solid foundation. She demonstrated a strong pace increase at mile 2, clocking in at 9:23. Though the third mile saw a slight decline with a 9:50 split, Krista's ability to stabilize her pace in subsequent miles at approximately 9:40 min/mile shows commendable endurance. Krista completed the race with an overall time of 1:00:05, achieving an average pace of 9:41 min/mile. Notably, she advanced her position during the latter half of the race, showing particular strength as she moved from position 1518 to 1104 overall. Also notable is her category placement within the F50-59 division. Future efforts can focus on maintaining the strong start pace through subsequent miles to achieve even better results.
