Consistent Pace, Strong Finish Samantha Zhang delivered a solid run at the 2025 Boston 10K for Women. Finishing with an overall time of 55:25 and an average pace of 8:56 min/mile, she showed notable consistency throughout the race. Starting strong, her first mile was completed in 9:24, and she quickly gained momentum with a faster second mile at 8:45 and managed to maintain a sub-9-minute pace for the remaining splits. Samanthas swift split times, particularly from miles two and three, positively impacted her overall ranking, moving her up significantly from 1230 to finishing 944th overall. Each subsequent split showed improvement as Samantha progressed, indicating strength in maintaining pace and endurance throughout. By the end of the race, she moved up several places within her division, reaching 147th in the F40-49 category. Continuing to push beyond the fifth mile, where there was a minor pace shift, could further enhance future performances. Keep building on that strong second-mile pace for even greater gains.
