Consistent Progression Pays Off Katie Winklosky delivered a solid performance at the 2025 Boston 10K for Women. Consistency was key for Katie, who started with an 8:11 min/mile pace, steadily improving to finish the race with an impressive average pace of 7:44 min/mile. Her strength shone through miles 4 and 5, where she clocked in at 7:40 and 7:34 min/mile paces, respectively, showcasing her ability to pick up the speed as the race progressed. By the end of the 10K, Katie achieved a total time of 47:59, resulting in an overall placement of 260th out of 5663 participants. With this performance, she stood prominently at 115th in her division (F20-29). There was noticeable progress from her start, moving up by over 175 places by the finish.
