Consistent Performance with Strong Splits Liliana Herrera completed the 2025 Boston 10K for Women with a total time of 58:43, averaging a pace of 9:28 per mile over the 6.2-mile course. Maintaining a steady and consistent performance, her splits show a strategically well-managed race. Starting with a 9:17 pace in the first mile and improving to a 9:01 in the second mile showcases excellent pacing and a promising start. Although the pace slightly dropped towards the mid and end of the race, ending with 9:59 on the last mile, she managed to stay focused throughout. Over the course of the race, Liliana's position in her division F30-39 showed a strong performance, finishing 259th in her division at mile 6. Notably, she improved her overall placement, moving up from 1125th at the beginning to 937th by mile 6. For future races, focusing on maintaining the early pace through the later miles could further enhance overall performance.
