Consistent Performance and Strong Finish Leah Greenwood showcased remarkable consistency throughout the 10K event. Starting with a 9:25 min/mile pace, Leah gradually improved her speed, clocking an impressive 8:44 min/mile by mile 6. Her fastest split was her last, completing it in just 8:44. This consistent progression contributed to her overall pace of 9:01 min/mile. Analyzing her placements, Leah began well at 363rd overall and moved through the field to finish at 1009th out of 5663 participants. Her ability to sustain and slightly increase her pace with each mile indicates she managed her effort effectively. With a final time of 55:57, Leah finished 294th in her F30-39 age division.
