Consistent Effort with Strong Mid-Race Performance Shruti Gadiyar maintained a consistent performance in the 2025 Boston 10K for Women, finishing with a total time of 1:35:51. Her pace held steady at 15:27 min/mile over the 6.2-mile course. Notably, Shruti's second and third miles showed a stronger performance, with paces of 13:08 and 9:09 min/mile, respectively. During the second mile, Shruti improved her position significantly, moving from 4606th to 4023rd place overall. Despite slower paces in the later part of the race, she finished strongly in 4411th place overall. Continued focus on maintaining that strong mid-race pace in the latter stages could be a key strategy for future races. Keep up the great work with the Waltham Trail Runners!
