Consistent Effort with Strategic Placement Improvements Meg Trant completed the 2025 Boston 10K for Women with an overall time of 1:12:17 and an average pace of 11:39 min/mile. Her performance across all 6.2 miles displayed consistency and dedication. She showed strategic placement improvement, moving from 3117th position in the first mile to finishing 3435th out of 5663 total participants. Within the Female 50-59 division, Meg improved her positioning by several places in the second half of the race. Her pace varied slightly throughout, starting at 11:14 min/mile, dropping as low as 11:05 in the second mile, but increasing to 12:24 min/mile by mile six. A focus on maintaining a steady pace through the later miles could help achieve more consistent lap times. Meg's persistence and capability to improve placement in a large participant field were demonstrated effectively in the middle of the race. Kudos to maintaining competitive division rankings!
