Consistently Strong Performance Christina Crow delivered a remarkably consistent run at the 2025 Boston 10K for Women with a final time of 35:55. Her average pace of 5:47 min/mile shows excellent pacing ability, maintaining all splits under 5:54 min/mile. Starting at 5:53 for the first mile, she managed to improve her pace slightly by mile 4 with a 5:44 split, which was her fastest of the race. Throughout the race, Christina climbed the ranks effectively, moving from 16th place to finishing 8th in her gender category, and 13th overall out of 5663 participants. Significant progress was evident as her placements improved consistently from mile to mile. While she held strong in her age division, finishing 9th, focus could be given to optimizing the first mile to build early momentum. Keep up the excellent pacing and strategic racing for continued success.
