Steady Progression and Strategic Finish Alexas Dolbee demonstrated consistent pacing throughout the 2025 Boston 10K for Women, with an average pace of 17:22 min/mile over the course of the 6.2 miles. Starting with a pace of 17:23 min/mile in the first mile, she steadily improved, gradually reducing her split times, notably achieving her fastest split in the fifth mile at 17:07 min/mile. The overall race time was 1:47:42. Her final placements were 4605 out of 5663 overall and 1223 in the F30-39 division. The significant improvement in her rank from the second mile onwards indicates a well-managed race strategy. Concentrating on early pacing followed by acceleration helped in passing numerous participants as the race progressed. Continuing to build speed in the latter stages of the run will further benefit her future races. Overall, Alexas maintained a commendable steady rhythm and finished strong.
