Consistent and Strong Finishing Performance Kimberly Donohue completed the 2025 Boston 10K for Women with an official time of 1:04:04, managing an overall pace of 10:20 min/mile. Starting with a solid first mile at a 10:07 pace, the second mile was Kimberlys fastest, improving to a 9:46 min/mile. Although there was a decelerating pace in the later miles, especially notable in the fifth mile at 11:00 min/mile, she made strong efforts to finish the race. At ages 43, Kimberly placed 393rd in her division, F40-49, out of 5663 total runners. Her pacing showed consistency, with minor fluctuations. The highlight was her remarkable leap in the placement during the last mile, indicating sustained effort. Future training could concentrate on maintaining the sub-10 min/mile pace achieved in the second mile and strategizing for mid-race endurance to optimize overall race performance.
